Modular kitchens are not priced per square foot of your flat. They are priced on running feet of cabinetry — how much base and wall unit you actually need — then adjusted for the shutter finish, the carcass material and the hardware brand.

That means two kitchens in identical flats can differ substantially: laminate shutters on marine ply with standard hinges sit at one end, acrylic or PU on soft-close Blum at the other.

We measure the run, confirm the finish and hardware you want, and give you an itemised figure after the free site visit.

Yes — all of it, with our own team. Woodwork, tiles and flooring, granite and countertops, electrical and plumbing are all in-house, under one contract and one timeline.

It matters more than it sounds. A kitchen needs points moved, plumbing re-run, a counter cut to the millimetre and carpentry around all of it. When those are four separate contractors, you are the one sequencing them and refereeing when they blame each other.

Matte laminate is the workhorse — scratch-resistant, anti-fingerprint, the widest shade range, and the easiest to repair if a single shutter is damaged.

Acrylic high-gloss gives a mirror-smooth reflective face that holds colour depth and resists UV fading. It suits contemporary kitchens and makes small kitchens feel larger, but it shows fingerprints.

PU lacquer is spray-painted in a dust-free booth. It gives a depth and softness laminates cannot match, and it can be colour-matched to anything — it is the most expensive of the three and the slowest to produce.

Because the carcass is what fails. A kitchen lives with steam, splashes and a leaking sink trap nobody notices for a week — and the box carrying that load is the part you cannot replace without pulling the kitchen apart.

We use IS:710 grade marine plywood for all cabinet boxes. That is the Indian Standard for boiling-water-proof plywood, and it is the single specification that decides whether a kitchen lasts five years or twenty. A beautiful shutter on a swollen carcass is a kitchen you replace early.

Ten years on all cabinet carcass work — the boxes we build. Hardware is covered separately under the manufacturer's own terms; Blum, Hettich and Häfele each publish theirs, and those pass to you.

Both are written into your contract, so you know exactly what is covered before you sign rather than after something fails.

It is decided by the room, not by preference. L-shaped suits most Indian flats and keeps the working triangle tight. Parallel works in narrow galley kitchens where two walls face each other. U-shaped needs width but gives the most counter and storage. An island needs real floor area around it — under about 10 feet of clear width it makes a kitchen harder to work in, not easier.

We measure the room and show you the layouts that genuinely fit it in 3D before anything is ordered.

Cabinets are manufactured in our facility while your site work runs, so the disruptive part is short. You do not need to move out for a kitchen replacement.

Whatever the timeline is for your kitchen, it goes into the contract as a start and end date before we begin.
